Texas!! YEE-HA

My honey and I went to Dallas this weekend for a work convention and had an absolutely wonderful time! It was hard to leave the kids but, so nice to get away by ourselves! Here are some pics from our, pump-up the positive attitude weekend! We were spoiled rotten and loved every minute of it!:)

Our last night was like PROM! Good, dinner, entertainment and we got to dress up!:)

Tanner was mad that your plane didn't get delayed in Denver, therefore I am too, If you would have given us a "shout out" in the Dencer airport, they surely would have detained you for being a crazy lady or a terrorist, and then your plane could have been delayed and we could have come to see you (maybe in jail--but at least we would have seen you)and I wouldn't have to listen to all of Tanner's complaining!

Long story short--we need to get together!

I noticed the tiara thing too in that picture- haha! Everyone is a princess when they're pregnant, right?!?! I was actually talking to my sister about GS cookies, and she mentioned that she would LOVE to order some. I don't know if Sadie is still taking orders because it's been awhile, but let me know. I love letter day! Jason sent a letter to each one of the kids today. They were so excited. He sounds a little lonely!:( We miss him so much and the separation is getting a bit draining.

I got to talk to my honey for 20 min today. It was so nice and he sounded like he is doing well! I love him and I am so proud of what he is doing! He is a good man and I ache to have him close!

Porter found a snake at The Tulip Festival today and became Mr. Instant Popularity. He didn'tlike that part too well but he did really want to keep the snake.

I auditioned for Hello Dollytonight and Sadie auditioned for The Secret Garden

They are considering Sadie for the show even though she is not quite 10. We will find out next week if she will be in it. I read for Mrs. Moloy but will be happy to just be in the show. I will find out tomorrow or Monday.

I am missing Jason terribly but we did get our first letter from him yesterday. He said basic training is "Intence"! We love him so much and we are proud he has chosen to serve our country!

Porter had a soccer game tonight and got to play goalie for the second half. It was fun to watch him because every time he got the ball, he kicked it all the way to the other side of the field. There was even one time that he only had one assist before the ball went in the opposing goal! So fun!
